What is Transit-Oriented Development (TOD)?
TOD clusters a mix of uses and amenities around public transportation, making them more equitably accessible, reducing car dependency, and supporting urban vibrancy.
Project Overview
GRTC is studying transit-supportive development that will complement existing neighborhoods around the new Pulse Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) stations on the North-South Expansion.
Project Goals
- Promote transit ridership
- Boost investment in the region
- Expand existing bus network
- Complement rezoning initiatives

Your Input Is Essential
Community feedback will help shape vibrant, welcoming TOD around the North–South Pulse stations as concept plans continue to be refined.
This TOD survey takes about 10 minutes, is anonymous, and all questions are optional.
The survey is anticipated to close in January 2026. Please feel free to share it with family, friends, and neighbors.
