Join Us: Transit-Oriented Development Public Presentation

May 01, 2026

GRTC News

Join us Monday, May 18, at 6 PM for an online presentation of the North-South Pulse Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Study. GRTC’s TOD study explores how transit-supportive development can thoughtfully complement existing communities along the North–South Pulse Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Expansion. We’ll share key findings, community feedback, and the vision for shaping the future of our transit corridors.

During this session, the project team will:

  • Highlight what we heard from residents, stakeholders, and partners throughout the study
  • Explain the process for finalizing the station area plans based on public feedback
  • Walk through the proposed goals for the corridor and what they mean for surrounding neighborhoods

The half hour presentation will be followed by an open Q&A session.
