GRTC will host the quarterly Rider Advisory Council (RAC) meeting on Tuesday, October 27, from 5:30 – 7:30 PM at GRTC Headquarters, 301 E. Belt Blvd, Richmond, VA 23224.
The GRTC Rider Advisory Council is a diverse group of volunteers representing GRTC’s service area. Council members collaborate and provide feedback on GRTC’s projects, plans, and initiatives.
