Bus riders, your feedback drives better service.

Our Customer Satisfaction Survey gathers input to improve all bus services—including local, express, and the Pulse—and helps shape the future of transit in our region. The survey is open through May 10 and it takes just 3–5 minutes to complete.

Your responses will help GRTC better understand rider needs and guide future service improvements.

As a thank you, participants can enter for a chance to win a $50 Visa gift card by providing contact information at the end of the survey.

The survey is conducted by the American Bus Benchmarking Group (ABBG), which works with transit agencies across North America to measure performance and identify ways to improve reliability, comfort, and overall rider satisfaction.
