Rider Advisory Council January Meeting Notice

GRTC will host the quarterly Rider Advisory Council (RAC) meeting on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 5:30 PM at GRTC Headquarters located at 301 East Belt Boulevard, Richmond, VA 23224.

The GRTC Rider Advisory Council is a diverse group of volunteers representing GRTC’s service area. Council members collaborate and provide feedback on GRTC’s projects, plans, and initiatives.
