CARE Advisory Committee
We created the CARE Advisory Committee (CAC) to get your feedback so we can improve CARE services. Committee members will share their personal experiences with CARE and provide feedback on service, communications, and major projects in addition to helping champion GRTC’s paratransit initiatives.
Applications for the committee have now closed, and selected committee members will be notified.
Rider Advisory Council
The Rider Advisory Council (RAC) is a volunteer advisory council to the Greater Richmond Transit Company (GRTC). RAC is made up of 10 riders from Richmond, Henrico, and Chesterfield who use GRTC buses and microtransit. The RAC works with GRTC leadership to share ideas and feedback that help shape better transit solutions.
Members share their voices to support a strong public transit system for our region. The group meets four times a year, and members can serve up to three one-year terms.
