GRTC will host the quarterly Rider Advisory Council (RAC) meeting on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, from 5:30 PM at RideFinders, 1013 E. Main Street, Richmond, VA 23219.
The GRTC Rider Advisory Council is a diverse group of volunteers representing GRTC’s service area. Council members collaborate and provide feedback on GRTC’s projects, plans, and initiatives.
