Free Lunchtime Express
Tired of snacking at your desk? Now enjoy your favorite restaurants during your lunch hour!
GRTC Transit System has partnered with the City of
Richmond to
operate the Lunch Time Express service, which provides workers, residents, and visitors alike with an easier way to enjoy their favorite downtown restaurants.
Three 22-passenger buses operate Monday through Friday from 11:30am until 2:30pm. The shuttles stop at nine different stops throughout the Downtown area every ten minutes, and special signage marks the route and lists restaurants that can be found within blocks of each stop location.
